The agreement between you and AI Digital Wizard.
By using our website, engaging our services or subscribing to our software, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
AI Digital Wizard provides two categories of service:
- Digital Marketing — SEO, website design and development, social media management, Google Ads and PPC, Google My Business, content marketing and lead generation. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed per engagement.
- Business Management Software — a subscription platform for hospitals, clinics, gyms, salons, dental practices and coaching institutes.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Software is billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- A 30-day free trial is available. No charge applies during the trial.
- All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable.
- There is no setup fee and no hidden charge.
Current Plans
- Starter — ₹2,499/month — solo clinic or nursing home. 1 staff login, 500 patient records, appointments, GST billing, 250 WhatsApp messages per month.
- Growth — ₹4,999/month — 50–100 bed hospital. 5 staff logins, 5,000 records, OPD + IPD + Lab + Pharmacy, GST PDF billing, 2,000 WhatsApp messages per month, advanced reports, patient portal, inventory.
- Enterprise Plan — pricing on request — multi-specialty and chain hospitals. Unlimited staff and records, all modules, unlimited WhatsApp, multi-branch, white label, AI assistant, priority support.
We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
3. Refunds
We offer a refund on a paid subscription if requested within 7 days of that payment. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. The 30-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the platform fully before paying anything.
4. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime for the software platform, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance, which we announce in advance where practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, network failures or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.
- Ensure the data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to store it.
- Comply with applicable law, including medical record and patient consent obligations relevant to your practice.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the platform or other customers' data.
6. Your Data
Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request an export or deletion at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The software, its source code, design and branding remain the property of AI Digital Wizard. A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business while the subscription is active.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amravati, Maharashtra.
