- Technical data — basic log information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service working and secure.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or consultation.
- To provide, maintain and support the software you subscribe to.
- To send service messages such as appointment reminders and invoices on your behalf.
- To improve our services and diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your business records with other customers or with advertisers.
3. Firebase & Data Security
Our platform runs on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Hosting). Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.
Each business's data is isolated in its own tenant space, and access is enforced by server-side security rules — not merely hidden in the interface. Staff see only what their role permits, and customers see only their own records.
4. WhatsApp Communication
Where you ask us to, the platform sends appointment reminders, payment reminders and receipts over WhatsApp using standard wa.me links. Messages are composed from your business's own records and sent from your own device or number.
Enquiries submitted through the contact form on this website open WhatsApp so the message reaches us directly. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to messages once they are sent through their service.
5. Cookies
This marketing website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The software platform uses browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log the request as part of delivering the font.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Business data is retained while your subscription is active. On cancellation you may request an export or deletion of your data.
7. Your Rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Request an export of your business data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time.
